The staff are very kind and made the process of getting into a rental very smooth. There are a few things about this location compared to other enterprise locations I’ve utilized that I did not enjoy however. At other locations I have used, They have always brought my rental to me at the garage. This location, unbeknownst to me, utilizes a shared shuttle service To pick up multiple customers at a time. I took entrepise rental car Honda Odyssey. It was very pleasant experience. Car was very good and the enterprise is very supportive.
Will and Gabe were great. Very friendly and professional. My rental experience was easy and pretty affordable.
I needed a car urgently after an accident. Hertz did not respond to my inquiries. I lost a day and turned to Enterprise. They swiftly picked me up and offered a range of choices, finding a good match. Throughout a month, Enterprise communications were great, and the staff very supportive at the Sunnyvale and the Mountain View offices in CA. I'll definitely start with the Enterprise when in need.
