Met me at the elevator with keys in hand! I was impressed by the expedient service, both at pickup and delivery. The professional staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Will definitely rent with Enterprise in the future!
It was a great experience using Enterprise, I had a lot of difficulties with other car rental, especially their self services, often return a car and you are being charged for gas when you returned the car with full tank and are not supposed to be charged. I appreciate having someone on the ground to check the car and makes sure everything is good before I left the parking lot.
