I had a fantastic experience with this Enterprise location. I was in a rush and was coordinating an appointment with insurance. I called the store and was greeted promptly, and had all of my questions answered quickly. After arriving to the store, the car and keys were ready for me. Everything was explained in detail and I was in and out in under ten minutes. Devonte and his staff were incredibly kind and helpful during this process!

I was told over a week ago that someone would call me to see if there were other vehicles available for me. The rental car they gave me after my car accident was an SUV that absolutely reeked of cigarettes. Nobody has called me for any updates after I was initially told I’d be on a “waitlist” Extremely frustrated with this poor customer service experience.
Really appreciate this location! Their customer service and communication are top notch!
