Everyone was very friendly, provided fantastic customer service and great to us in and out quickly with the vehicle we asked for
I highly recommend Enterprise my transaction was smooth and easy and fast. I couldn't find anyone to follow me up to Enterprise after my car was fixed to drop it off. So I was able to leave the car at the shop and Enterprise came and picked it up. That was so nice

While my car was in the shop. They brought me a rental car to the shop. Enterprise made it really simple and easy.
I wouldn't bother getting a car from this business. Enterprise does not do business well when they allow you to schedule to pick up a rental at 12 and they close at 12. To the response: I don't need someone to "address my concern", It's not going to help the issue at hand which is i needed a car today. Make business hours that make sense. Restaurants dont make reservations for people at 9 if they close at 9. Its kind of common sense. Do better.
