Great customer service.
I had one of THE worst rental experiences here. I reserved a mini van weeks before the pickup date. I received a call 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up saying they did not have any mini vans but instead had a 15 passenger serial killer van or a 3 row dodge Durango. I was leaving for a trip soon after pickup so I decided to downsize to the Durango. I get there and there is no concern for this great inconvenience to me. I had to ask for a discount.
