These guys are great. Rented a van for a week long trip 2 years in a row. They were helpful, professional and friendly. Renting again this year. Top notch service.
The manager at the Crystal Lake branch is an embarrassment at best. A majority of my latest rentals have been changed last to cars that typically rent out for a lower rate, but no discount is ever offered. I asked the manager about this today when he called to change my reservation and he simply said “then don’t rent from us next time” and hung up the phone on me.
