I am a regular with Enterprise Rental but this is my first time visiting Joliet. I previously visited the stores in Quakertown, Pa which I still do when I am in town. A very favorite of mine. Very kool people. They take care of me like I own the store. The store in Plainfield, IN is a gem. They are always so busy when I arrive there but they take a moment to laugh and joke with me, offer me water. They take good care of me and my wallet. I am spoiled by both stores. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with quick and efficient service. My friendly representative Antwan offered me a selection and answered all of my questions! I would recommend this location to family and friend. Excellent! Antwan was a courteous and helpful agent. His use of the rental time was efficient. He answered all of my questions effectively. I would recommend this location and Antwan to family and friends!

I met an agent named Roger, that picked me up from a local auto body repair shop. He was very nice and informative. He worked quickly to get me the vehicle I needed and I was on my way. I also appreciate the weekend hours available at the Joliet Enterprise office. Thank you.
