It's not the local Enterprise that's horrible, they are great! It's the customer service reps that take calls when out on the road. They lie, they're unprofessional and do not speak clearly. It must be a problem because an out of state rep told us that they just tell customers what they want to hear.
I had a short notice need for a rental that with the use of the online reservation system was able to find and secure the rental I needed.
The people working there are very polite.
