Great company to rent a car from!
Great customer service
I can be very understanding and patient but this has been a few times already where we reserve a vehicle and then we're told they don't have one available for what we rented, on the day of pick up.. WHY GIVE OPTIONS AVAILABLE ONLINE IF THEY AREN'T EVEN AVAILABLE THERE AT THE LOCATION??? Super inconvenient and very upsetting. Obviously if I wanted to rent a "van" I would've chose that option to begin with, so offering that doesn't help at all
Very pleased with condition & quality of car and their service. The Equinox handled well in the rain on the grapevine (CA).
