Attempted multiple times to set up a reservation. First time, I got a voicemail saying they could not accommodate me but to please call them back. I called back, received a message their office was closed. Called again, reached reservations, made an adjusted reservation. Got another call saying they could not accommodate me. No clue why their online service allows bookings that they dont have availability for. No clue why their sales reps allow reservations they dont have availability for. Called to reserve a car for the afternoon. Gave them all my info. I told them that I was at a place that Uber and taxis didn't exist. Told them that I'd have to walk nearly 4 miles. All was set. When I arrived after the walk, they were CLOSED. Sign on the door said they closed EVERY DAY at noon.
