Horrible experience. The manager gal was rudest I've ever seen. Very unprofessional and lacked simple skills in being manager. Should be fired on the spot for remark she made about customer when customer walked out. Do not do business at this location! Also said what car is was getting and each time changed mind. It wasn't until the 4th that I finally got a car I didn't want but was forced to accept it! Other employees were fine and polite.

Cheyenne wyoming enterprise rent a car location is by far the worst customer service location I've ever dealt with and experienced in a long time there's no communication there at all between clients and customers and they think that they can just make changes or just go into your bank account and take out what they want even before and without even letting you know what is going on beforehand before drafting the payment out if I rent again I will never deal with or rent through the enterprise branch office in Cheyenne the w... read more
