Enterprise supplies Flood Ford with loaner cars for maintenance. I was told by the Enterprise rep (Chris) that I would NOT be charged anything but they still required a credit card on file, and he SHOWED me the area on his screen with a ZERO BALANCE DUE. Not 20 minutes later there was a charge to my account for $50. I spoke with someone at the office and he said that's how they do and they'll refund the $50 when the car is returned.
