I paid for a luxury vehicle and they gave me a Toyota Camry. Since when is that a luxury vehicle?? I complained and they told me that they don't have any luxury vehicles and they will call me when one is available at the airport location. I then called the airport location and was told that they dont handle exchanges. If you are trying to rent a minivan-DON'T Their website will let you but when you get there, they provide you with "similar." By the way, Enterprise an SUV is not "comparable" to a minivan. No Enterprise in the Lafayette area has nor will have a minivan. The website let us "rent" one online and even confirmed the night before. Went to pick up and they said they didn't have one and proceeded to give us a comparable that was nowhere big enough for our needs.
