Upon arriving to pick up my car for rental all the paperwork was ready to go along with the car didn’t take very long to complete very kind associate.
Despite being welcoming and personable, wait times were long due to lack of staff both during pick up and drop off. The latter could be minimized with addition of an after hours drop off option. As for the vehicle, it smelled as if it had been smoked in despite being assured there were fines smoking. Also, I had to replace the windshield wiper fluid on the trip back as it ran out before we could complete our three day trip.
Best service And very professional and friendly. 5 stars plus The whole crew are awesome
