Put an order in to have car at repair shop at 830 am...day prior Had to call at 845 because no-show. I was late for work and not impressed. I managed to get here early, they promised a service and didn't deliver.... Cold Day in hell
Do not rent from them!!! A friend who lives in Perryville, Mo had one reserved an hour before they were supposed to drop it off they called and told her they don't have one available. Now she had to try and find rides if possible to Dr's Appointments and errands really messed up her week thanks a lot for nothing Enterprise
Car was not cleaned smells like an ashtray. Had to clean car myself before taking my trip.
