Very much satisfied with the service. Cole treated me with kindness and worked efficiently. Everything was done over the phone, I appreciate how convenient everything was.
The worse experience ever!!! I had a big safety issue with the car that was provided to me after the first car broke down in the middle of nowhere! No one cared to change the car that I was driving even after I told them the open didn’t close right, the door literally came off the van I was driving. I took pictures of it, wish I could upload all pictures I have on here! I definitely contacted corporate and I hope they get back to me soon!!
