I had a pleasant experience renting a car from this location. The pick-up and drop-off process was efficient and smooth, and they sent me on my way with a ride to the Burbank airport. I would rent here again next time I’m in town!
You have got to be kidding - Rivian Burbank set me up with a loaner here. The first car they offered me was a Tesla - they couldn't find the key. They searched for almost an hour for the key -- The next one was listed as being auctioned, the third was also listed as unavailable. The final vehicle offer as a loaner for my 100k Rivian was a 2022 Hyundai Kona with nearly 50K miles: Filthy - beater. Seriously Rivian? Seriously Enterprise?
