This is a great location for a rental. They were very fast, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend.
The most disappointing service I ever had with enterprise! I hate it the fact that the two people, Diego (the assistant manager) and the black lady Kiya Valentine (the billing associate) both couldn’t accommodate nor provide me any help! That black lady Kiya she really got an attitude toward me by kept asking me “What do you want me to do?” Lower your price?! With her attitude look! Super easy car rental experience. The car was clean (basically brand new) getting set up was great. Quick and easy. Return was simple. Excellent option for a rental if you’re in the area. Close to the Burbank Airport is a plus as well
