I had the best experience renting a car with Enterprise. I booked one of the “wild card” options, and when I arrived the only vehicles left were minivans, not exactly what you want when you’re heading to Monterey for car weekend. Thankfully, we were helped by Kaya, and once we explained how important this trip was for us, she went above and beyond to accommodate an amazing deal. The rented Toyota is my favorite car. The personnel are friendly and serviceable. The mechanics discount was appreciated. And I appreciate that, when I returned the rental car, I got a ride back to where my personal vehicle was. I've used Enterprise many times over the decades and am always happy with it. Enterprise is the best.
Service was fast and friendly, the car was in great shape, and ran perfectly. When the maintenance light came on during the trip, I called enterprise and they reassured me it was only an oil change that could wait until I returned the car, which put me at ease. Hrair dropped off my rental car from this enterprise location to the car shop where I brought mine in to fix. He called in advance to confirm, was super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough about the rental process. 10/10 customer service experience.
