The LOW RATES AND REVIEWS are exactly what describe the character of the people who work there. As one commentator posted, “Rude and dismissive.” I made a simple request, and I'm confused about why they treated me unkindly. The request would've taken seconds, but it took 2 to 3 mins. People have serious personal and internal problems.
I went here to exchange my car which I had gotten from another enterprise location which is far away from me. They suggested me to exchange the car near me (Burbank) if it dosent work for me. The manager at the victory location did not acknowledge my request. He just walked away? I wanted to get a smaller car but he (manager) said we don’t have any, I saw many cars parked there.
