Stranded a Group of 28 (Mostly Kids) – Deceptive Practices We booked two 15-passenger vans several months in advance for a large group of 28 people (primarily children) heading to a cruise. I was rented a car at this time 5 days and I need to switch a car at weekend (memorial day). I dropped off a car at 4pm (deadline was 5pm) and go to another facility (aeroport) to grab another car, which i had reservations already, and whey avowed me to do that! But on aeroport interprise place I was told, whey will leave me without car till 8am tomorrow morning! Because priveous car didn't accept drop off yet! How was that??? Rented here twice already, they pick me up and drop me off from my car shop, it's cheaper than Ubering and they make it very easy.
