Still waiting at Pikes Collision Center. Pikes called and was told they were sending the driver right over. I just called 40 minutes later to see where the driver was and someone else told me I had a confirmed appt for 4:30pm—30 min from my call. Unbelievable. Hope the rest of my experience isn’t the same. Guys, seriously ?
