I have rented from Enterprise for a number of years and they always have excellent service.
Couldn’t find a rental locally so I give them a try and Chelsea hooked me up with a great SUV. Will use this location again even though it’s a 25 mile drive.
Great Customer service if you ever need to rent a car this is the place.
Poor customer service. I had issues with a vehicle. The brakes were squeaking with and without applying pressure to the brake pedal. The skid plate underneath the car was dragging the ground. I notified two enterprise locations and even spoke with a manager at one of them. No one would take care of the issue.
Our rep was so kind and went above and beyond. We really loved using the car for our trip and will definitely be renting from them again should we need another rental car.
