This location is completely incompetent. This is the second time I’ve reserved a specific vehicle only to arrive and be told they don’t have it. I rented a Jeep Wrangler which is a higher priced vehicle (for a very special weekend trip with my daughter for her graduation present) and they told me they had a red pickup truck. I had even called in advance to confirm they would have a Jeep and was told that they did. Best experience ever from a rental car place the service was great and fast no waiting around all my questions was answered and the driver was so polite and sweet! I would diffidently recommend this one in Franklin, ky they are the best!
Car I rented was heavily smoked in when I got the car it was cold did not need heater when I got to jackson,ms it started raining really bad so I turned on the defroster and got hit with a really strong odor of cigarettes as a non smoked it stank.
