First of all - good luck finding the place. It's in the service department of a car dealership. Would have been nice to have that indicated somewhere on the confirmation email or even the confirmation call I received the day I was supposed to pick up my car! Had to wait forever to even be greeted since apparently only one person works the counter and if he is off checking in or out a car - you wait standing in the hall of the service center while technicians and dealership people scoot past you.
