Extremely disappointing experience. I was initially told the wait would be 5–10 minutes, but I didn’t receive a vehicle until more than an hour and a half later. At no point was it communicated to me that the vehicle I had been told I was getting was given to someone else and that I was actually waiting for a different vehicle to be dropped off. Waited an hour for seemingly no reason other than they are only capable of prepping 3 cars an hour! Guess we should have offered to help wash cars.
