I rented an suv on 8/1 with turn in to the airport on 8/3. The process was long and ridiculous and they gave me a jeep with a cracked windshield, said everything was noted and it was ok to drive with the cracked windshield. I didn’t have a good feeling about but after being stranded for 3 hours, I just wanted to get out of there. When I turned it into the airport, they said the cracked windshield wasn’t noted.
