Based on the first day I went to Enterprise to reschedule my appointment for getting the car after I had been on the phone on hold for an hour and 20 minutes, I would never go back. I was sort of married to it because of the insurance deal of the person who had hit me. I had to go back to collect the car on a reschedule date. On the rescheduled date things went very smoothly.
