No, never again. Beware that when you book a reservation online that it doesn’t actually guarantee you a vehicle. The way the lady explained it to me, is the system anticipates the return vehicles, and if the vehicles aren’t returned and the people choose to extend them, the system doesn’t pick up on that so you won’t be getting a vehicle that day. The 5 stars are for Robin! He’s the only one that spoke to us upon entrance while the ladies just stared. He has great customer service skills and literally was handling all the customers alone while still asking me to be patient to be dropped off to my car. He cares and made us feel welcomed and our business appreciated.
The Enterprise associates were kind and polite, they helped me through the process and made everything flow smoothly, it being that we had an insurance claim. We would definitely be back when and if we are in need of a rental.
