I was supposed to pick up my rental on Thursday at 1 when I arrived they were rude and told me I had to wait till the next day. The next day I called to check and was hung up on 3 times and the 4th time was left on hold for 15 minutes. I was in a wreck and needed that rental but they were not concerned at all in helping.
I had a positive experience with Enterprise during my rental period. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was always patient, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. What I appreciated most was their communication. Whenever an issue came up or there was something that required my attention, they contacted me promptly and kept me informed. They also took the time to explain contracts, rental options, and any paperwork that needed to be completed, which made the process much easier to understand. ... read more
