I had a good experience with the agents. The only issue was the car itself would shake at 70mph and up. I feel it's our job as customers to let them know so the next person who rets the car doesn't experience the same issue. I did inform them when I returned the car. The agent who handle my return did ask if there was anything they could do? Yeah, fix the car. It would have been nice if they would have offer me a discount on my rental for my inconvenience.
Will give a higher star rating once I recieve my $300.00 deposit back.
Doesn't have anything available after 48 hours notice for reservation. Made no attempt to make it right. If they fix the issue, I'll change the review
