I have been trying to call and on last Friday me and my mother drove over an hour to get a car only to be turned around at the counter saying they didn’t have a car, then they have terrible customer service one front counter manager handled me and my mother really bad
Had to find a car quick after our car's transmission died 170 miles from home. Very good experience with this business.
After making a reservation online I called today to ask a simple question about requirements because each location is different. I was put on hold. I held 18 minutes before hanging up and calling back. I didn’t get the man’s name who answered because it was not given when he picked up. Long story short, he tried to put me on hold again and I replied no I will not hold again because I already held on for 18 minutes. He then basically said that they’re in no hurry to answer calls and in person customers are their priority. Ooo... read more
Would highly recommend avoiding if possible, go to Macon or a Warner Robins.
