We have a full size 2019 Chevy Tahoe that needed body work and we were given a smaller vehicle, a Nissan Murano. We struggled to fit all of our family in this vehicle without third row seating. There were no larger vehicles available. The enterprise employees were very disinterested, unfriendly and somewhat rude. They didn't communicate in a positive or encouraging way. They made the experience much less enjoyable.
What great customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend Enterprise.
