I have been doing business with Enterprise in Ballwin for years and have found the staff to offer the highest level of service and accommodation that one would expect as a valued customer. They understand how to treat a customer and deserve the highest rating.
We booked a car through Economy booking paid a deposit of $235.09 for a rental in Dublin, Ireland starting May 19, to June 3, 2014. When we arrived in Dublin the gentleman Lucas told us we would have to pay the full price he had no record of our deposit. I showed him my printed receipt. Showing the deposit covered our CDW he insisted we did not have the coverage. I was hospitalized for 10 days. The car sat in my families driveway. We were very unhappy with a price "change" on the 2nd car that we'd rented from this location, in a 2 week period. When we returned the car today, the manager: Drew "made" things right! He adjusted the price, to match what we paid for the first rental. Outstanding Customer Service, Drew ! Will definately rent from this location again.
