I didn't even realize Silsbee had an Enterprise. The car was exactly what I requested Matthew was very polite professional and efficient. My only complaint is they say they open at 8:00 but that is not correct they have to go to their Beaumont store first then to Silsbee so it's closer 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.
Avoid this place at all cost. Total time waster. Associate can't manage his time we'll never rent here again
Staff is always friendly and helpful, will use Enterprise again
