At a seriously bad time my car was in the shop. I was able to get a rental in order to attend a nearby funeral. I was treated very well and experienced excellent service. Many thanks to Enterprise for living up to what they advertise.
Great rental easy check out easy drop off the car was perfect.
The rental process was so easy to do and they are so nice to me. They even gave me a ride home after I returned the car so I wouldn't have to walk back home. Such a nice looking car they gave me to use.
Tiwan needs to be acknowledge for his excellence in Management and Customer Service. I have not had good experiences with Enterprise in the past but thanks to Tiwans care for customers, follow up, putting my family in the right situation even if it’s dealing with insurance sets him apart and makes him true asset to the company.
