Reserved a SUV for our one way trip to Miami Intl airport. Got to this location and they didn’t have a full size SUV even though it was reserved a week in advance. There’s tons of the same review of them not having the reserved vehicles. Avoid this location it will only cause headache !

Both gentlemen were very helpful . Nice vehicle, done the job nicely. And when I returned the truck he shook my hand and ask me to come back again. It's little things that make a difference. Thank you
We rented a car and had reservations for an SUV when we got there they didn't have one available and the first guy we talked to was less than helpful he didn't care it was either take that or take nothing, so we went back later in the day and the man that we talked to this time apparently was the manager and he was very sympathetic and told us that whoever had the SUV hadn't turned it in yet and he had nothing but a Kia. Now he gave us a discount because of the confusion and the car was cheaper than the SUV and the car drove... read more
You CANNOT get in touch with anyone at this location I have called up to 10 times this week and they put you on hold never to return… I’ve waited over 4 hours this week alone! Very disappointing
