Rented from a different location and was trying to switch my contract from business to personal due to unforeseen funeral. This greedy branch wanted $100 for a 'one way fee' even though I was bringing the car back to the original location. No sympathy for the situation whatsoever. *EFIT* Unfortunately, I've already adjusted my trip and schedule to avoid the unfair charges so the request to view my booking is too little too late.
I’ve been to multiple enterprises over the years! But this one is the best . From booking the car to check out is always a pleasant and fast efficient experience! I truly appreciate this team ! If your looking for a rental this is the best place in north west Indiana !!
