Great customer service employees are amazing
Excellent counter service. Office called me before pickup to negotiate a delayed pick up. I arrived an hour later and car was ready. Office attendant recommended I video the car for any preexisting damage. Just a few scratched already noted. Enterprise holds a $200 deposit on the car. I appreciate that they explained the practice before encumbering my card. I got a Nissan. I would rate this place 0 stars, they let you book a reservation with no cars available. Manager and staff have poor communication and don't care.
Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I updated my pickup time through the reservation system, but the change was apparently never received by the rental location. When I arrived, I was told I was late and that my reserved vehicle had been given away. I made another reservation for the next day, only to receive a call saying there were no vehicles available.
