The entire process was difficult and when it came time to pick up the car they revealed additional paperwork requirements and red tape. I couldn't rent a car after their website says "You're all set" very dishonest. I don't understand why you wouldn't just put the full list of paperwork requirements clearly on your website instead of telling customers when they arrive to pick up the vehicle. Unreliable. Difficult. Not good!
