My wife and I rent from the Enterprise location in Morristown several times every month for work… sometimes a couple of times a week… and have been doing so for almost two years. So, needless to say, we’re regular customers and have rented A LOT of cars from this location. They bent over backwards for me and went out of their way to make sure this was easy and courteous beyond my expectations
1. Car was paid for by insurance carrier where enterprise knew the daily charges. However, they provided me with a car that was over the limit without providing any options to take another car. Car was booked for pick up. They charged me for over the limit charges. 2. Car was to be swapped for another one on Aug 24 in Morristown. The rep asked me to visit anytime before they closed at 6pm. However, when I arrived they said they have no cars available to swap despite them asking me to come to their location. Very disappointed... read more
I am an Enterprise Platinum member, and my experience with the Morristown branch was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a confirmed reservation for a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and even received a call from the branch the day before pickup specifically asking whether a minivan was actually required.
