I have never rented a car before, and I must say Enterprise in Easley made my experience a great one. The folks were very helpful and polite and put me in a vehicle that worked perfect for four of us to take a long trip together. There was a young Lady, I think her name was Samatha, she was extremely helpful, If we require an opportunity to rent a vehicle again, we will surely go back to the folks at Enterprise in Easley, S.C.
I rent from these guys every few months or so, even rented from them in Germany. EVERY rental was clean, well kept up, and customer service is the best you can expect from anyone. I have received unasked for free upgrades, and can't think of a single negative thing to say. They really go that extra mile! If you guys are seeing this, Thank you! ;-)
Very friendly atmosphere well trained staff will do business with them often very happy
everything but a clean windsheild, enterprise doesnt teach them to clean a windsheild or to even do it, grime gets thick, and no one ever cleans it,
