Clean location with a great selection of vehicles. Friendly employees. Quick service when picking up and dropping off vehicles.
There was no rental available for 3 days when I needed it. Otherwise it was a nice car and I had great service.
This was the second time I used this Enterprise location this year. I had a such great experience each time, I plan on using Enterprise, especially the Polaris / Lazelle location for all my family and business trips.
I’ve been going to this enterprise for a few months now and the customer service is AMAZING!!! They are so polite and caring. They take their time and ask if you have any questions regarding the vehicle. I rented a vehicle today and worked with Trey. He was so understand and listened to any questions I had. He’s great! I will definitely be returning in the future.
Amazing service and vehicle. Pau helped me out and was amazing. Answered all my questions and made sure everything went smooth for entire rental process. Highly recommend this Enterprise. Beyond exceptional customer service
