The John Young location was very helpful after I explained my bad experience and Dunwoody Georgia as well as the airport in Atlanta Georgia. I had mechanical issues with the vehicle and they refused to assist, turned me away.
I rated this 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service. The employees were very personable, extremely truthful regarding car availability and empathetic to my reasons for having to rent a car. I highly recommend making a reservation.
I did my reservations by internet then just show my credentials then boom my renters truck next to my car before I done the my paperwork was like sign and drive.
