It was nice that Enterprise met at the facility I dropped my auto off. The rep was friendly and pleasant. He neglected to tell us that the rental was set up with "plate pass". So when we used our "E-Pass", we were doubly charged for tolls. Though the rental did not smell of Marijuana when we first got in the car, an hour into the trip with the ac on, it became unbearable to breathe. We had the car for a week. It was not pleasant.
Enterprise is the best car rental service ever! They are professional and provide Excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed.
A rental car with over 40,000 miles smelling like rotten cheese and spoiled meat isn't what I expected when going with enterprise.
I got a rental while my car was being repaired and I had a great experience with this location! Definitely recommend.
It was very easy renting with enterprise we called reserved a car picked it up with no problem brought it back in and out .Very professional and friendly.
