Great to work with after a BAD experience with Avis. 3 Dr time I had made a reservation with Avis when they either didn’t have a car or didn’t have the class I had confirmation for. And, Avis refused to upgrade me to a next class car unless I paid the increased fee. Never happens at Enterprise!

I made a reservation at this Enterprise location this morning while my car was being serviced at the nearby Wren’s Collision Center. Even though the website stated pickup wasn’t available, they actually picked me up, which was a great surprise. They didn’t have the exact size vehicle I had reserved, but the assistant branch manager, David Reid, went above and beyond to get me into a different vehicle, which was an upgrade, at no additional cost. Horrible customer service, I’ve been trying to get in contact with Collin since December 20th about an unapproved charge on my card. This is extremely frustrating especially during the holiday season as everyone’s time and money is valuable. Still waiting on Collin
