We Had a rental car through an insurance claim. Found out our car was a total loss, we were informed that we could keep the rate that we got the rental car for through insurance. we kept the car for the next 30 days that they would allow us to keep it. Already had a reservation made online and then was told that it wasn’t available when we arrived and that no location nearby had anything available either. She then dismissed us saying that she had a lobby full of customers and she couldn’t help us. Her coworker Gabriel then said that we could not receive a rental at all. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I understand that if they disagreed or wouldn’t happy with us but the attitude we received and lack of customer service is appalling. Enterprise was kind enough to pick me up at the collision center and drive me to two separate locations to find the correct size vehicle I needed. When my car was repaired, I was able to drop the car back at the collision center where enterprise picked it up.
