Horrible unsafe car I was put in! Need to check their fleet for safety and condition.
Tre’jon was AMAZING. I was having a rough day today and my husband had wrecked our car… I was stressed about transportation and getting to work and Tre’jon just kept his cool! He was so patient with me even though I was frustrated and didn’t skip a beat… he helped me calm down bc he was so calm. He understood me being upset and didn’t judge me or get angry with me at all. Truck rental guys were great car guys sucked
A bit turned off by being bothered about an accident incident that I did not cause at all. It eventually got straightened out, but I want Enterprise to do a better job communicating with each other before attempting to communicating with the wrong customer.
