Two days in a row, they set reservations nobody seems to have real life access to inventory their system is flawed. You try to call the local branch, and it takes you to a call center. They set a reservation for a car they don't even have this location has been sold out of cars for 2 days in a row I don't even know why they have employees there if your whole job is to rent vehicles, but you have no vehicles to rent what's the point and if your call center, doesn't have access to current inventory.What's the point

Always rent here. Front staff despite being solo, and demanding customers, was professional and courteous.

On the afternoon of July 3, 2025, about 2:30 p.m., I entered the office of the Yucaipa Enterprise Rent A Car location to make a reservation for a rental car for Monday - Friday. There were no other customers in the business, the associate at the counter was not on the phone, not at the computer; basically not busy.
