Only reason to use New Roads location is because it is the closest to our home. Location was closed when I tried to drop off at my scheduled time. Called and finally someone told me that the location didn't not have an employee to work so it was closed. Was told if they did open someone would contact me, but never received a call. Finally y I had to call and was told it was open. Poor management all around. The young lady that was there was very nice though. Not her fault for the poor management.
Great experience friendly staff all were great to deal with cars were in good shape kept clean..I will definitely rent a car from there again...my location is in New roads La..really a great place hands down.
Good luck catching anyone in New Roads. I have rented 4 times here to avoid the airport, all 4 times returned to nobody there. To add to it, this time they didn't have my vehicle ready and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get my car. Place is terrible. No key box in door and do NOT believe Google hours, they get there when they do, and too bad. Funny the guy was blaming traffic on the bridge, I said the same bridge I had to cross to get here?? 🤦🤦
