Will not be calling you again. This is the worst service I have ever had. The lady I talked on monday was really nice and helped me get a car reserved. Then I call back to confirm my reservation and the lady I talked to wednesday was just awful. Was nasty the whole time I was talking to her. Will never be coming here for a car they lost my business.
The airport is a disaster. Only NW flies into Sioux City. The people at the Alamocounter are the reason I return. They are efficient, friendly, and always seem to have nicest cars in the parking lot.
