Kyle at the Gahanna location was extremely kind, accommodating and provided consistent communication throughout the entire process. He took care of my families needs and went above and beyond; we are very grateful for him!
Returned a rental car to this location the guy walked out and walked around the car everything was good,, two weeks later I get a email stating they had a damage claim for 1,500$ on the car I rented and returned undamaged.. this enterprise location is in a strip mall with cars packed side by side,,, Either it got damaged in the parking lot after I returned or one of these guys that work there are driving cars off the clock.. I wouldn’t recommend renting a car here. I was involved in an accident and wasn’t supposed to be charged for the rental, and their employees assured me that the rental would be covered under the other person’s insurance. However, they still charged me $300 for the Kia rental. When I called to understand why I was charged, they rudely blamed me. It’s incredible how low a company would stoop to steal money from its customers. If they charged me $300, how much did they get from the other person’s insurance? It’s pathetic. Every... read more
