Staff super friendly , good car, pick up and drop off were quick and easy
Rented a car from them. They force you to use a credit card and put a $450 deposit for the extra large SUV. It has been two months and they have not returned my deposit. It is the only charge on my card and has now been charged interest twice. I called twice and both times they acted like they are unsure why and were processing return deposit while talking to me, yet still not returned.
The getting and receiving of the car was a great interaction with the employees, and the upgrade was really nice.
Our 2025 Toyota minivan rental with hybrid engine was awesome for a week vacation. Thank you Enterprise for the great service during the pickup & return of our car!
My flight was so delayed I was worried the rental desk would be closed when I finally got there. It wasn’t! I was so happy I would’ve hugged and kissed the attendant! It was midnight.
