I called 3 separate times to reserve a Tahoe for my annual road trip to Fort Bragg on Memorial Day weekend…. 3 times…. Including the day of pickup, only to be left with a smoked in trailblazer with a bad tire and a bunch of other suspicious damage like all the door panels being loose. Not sure if someone used this car for smuggling or something nefarious….. This was a very expensive rental with a bunch of random extra fees added on. Next time I’m just going to fly there and uber.
Team at SYR, was efficient , polite and a pleasure to do business with. Will definitely use again.
I dont bother shopping for cars on price anymore. Enterprise has always been consistent with great customer service and clean working vehicles. Ive used SYR location several times and always been a 5 star experience.
