They close?! I had a reservation, got delayed on a layover, and found an empty desk! Not even a self serve kiosk?? I called the phone number on my reservation and the guy told me to wait until someone walked up. Avis was open and doing business. I won't get a refund for picking it up late, they might even charge me, at this point I would not be surprised.
