Tim was a very good agent. He was friendly and flexible with how long I used my rental as I didn't know how long I would need it. I was able to drop it off at my car body shop when I picked up my car. There were no extra charges from the daily price he quoted.
Tim went above and beyond to get me a car, and in such short notice!
I’d give zero stars if it were an option. They rented me an economy vehicle when it should have been a higher tier. Then they send me an invoice for $1500 worth of damage I did not cause! Chris, I tried that and they said unable to help me! Terrible customer service.
Great staff with a can do & friendly attitude! Had great communication skills. Were very flexible with my schedule & timeline. Made the entire experience easy.
