Since Remy promoted and moved to another enterprise location, this location went south, very bad customer service, never picking up the phone, hanging up calls, bad customer service, canceling and delaying and so many issues. The company needs to look into this matter. I recommend the location by NRG working with Remy is the best.

The poorest customer service. Brian Mendoza the branch manager definitely causes the company a lot of loss I’ll never go to enterprise. You can’t give a customer what you want them to have this is paid for Brian Mendoza. Thanks to Leigh Ann and Brian Mendoza I will never patronize Enterprise or any Crash Champions.

It started ruff. Called and the.young man put me on hold saying he was.checking my reservation but he never got any Information from me. He never returned to the line. I called back spoke with Brian, who set up a pick up for me. Ms T was the driver that picked me up very kind, great customer service! Nicholas assisted me in-store with the rental he was also very customer friendly. The vehicle was clean on the inside although it smelled like smoke, but the windows were all full of spots.
