Called from Monday afternoon to Tuesday morning about 8 times. NO ONE ANSWER the phone. Also, they hang up after 5-8 minutes on hold.
Great customer service with each rental
Since Remy promoted and moved to another enterprise location, this location went south, very bad customer service, never picking up the phone, hanging up calls, bad customer service, canceling and delaying and so many issues. The company needs to look into this matter. I recommend the location by NRG working with Remy is the best.
