I called this place looking for a rental only to be put on hold 18 minutes. Whoever put me hold didn't do it correctly and I was able to hear the conversations taking place there. All I heard was bad mouthing other locations, scheduling by managers, and other employees bad habits. Basically hearing what you're not supposed to. This location has way too many issues and should concentrate more on customer service like answering the phone.
By far the quickest and easiest experience I had with Enterprise. Malcym, Willis, Richard and the other employees made the experience fun with laughter (while doing their job) and great communication. The guys were pleasant from start to finish. Thanks guys for the good customer service!
My husband and I decided to rent a vehicle to go to the beach for our birthday/anniversary weekend and Malcym and Willis made sure we were not waiting long and provided excellent customer service. Rental process was quick and they worked well as a team. We will be returning when we need to rent a car again.
Rich and Willis were great employees of this establishment. Rich was especially fantastic with great charisma and charm throughout my business. Definitely would recommend this location for your rental needs.
