The clerks in the front did a phenomenal job at getting my vehicle ready and paperwork situated! Even after returning the vehicle back, they made sure it was a seamless process! I would definitely recommend going back again!

Lots of issues, rentals are filthy inside and out even with a car wash across the street. $1000 rental and there are clothes still inside from previous renters. GM did call and gave a 50% refund a week after I called corporate. Rented a pickup truck a few weeks later. Went to pick it up, they don't have it. Pushed rental back a week. Go again to get rental next week after I called the day before to confirm they had a truck and was told yes. Get a call a half hour before pickup and told they don't have a truck. Called and made a reservation with what I assume is the call center and was told it was available. Received a phone call 5 minutes later from the location and was told it was not available but they were willing to make accommodations. Employee was friendy and did a great job.

Recently I had a last minute rental car need when my personal vehicle unexpectedly broke down. I got the best service from Enterprise employee JayShawn, made all the more impressive when I discovered he was a trainee. He was holding down the fort by himself on a crazy Friday afternoon, with people dropping off cars or picking up, the phone ringing off the hook. He juggled everything effortlessly, never got rattled, and had me on the road with no delay. I'm so impressed!
