Called and made a reservation with what I assume is the call center and was told it was available. Received a phone call 5 minutes later from the location and was told it was not available but they were willing to make accommodations. Employee was friendy and did a great job.
Recently I had a last minute rental car need when my personal vehicle unexpectedly broke down. I got the best service from Enterprise employee JayShawn, made all the more impressive when I discovered he was a trainee. He was holding down the fort by himself on a crazy Friday afternoon, with people dropping off cars or picking up, the phone ringing off the hook. He juggled everything effortlessly, never got rattled, and had me on the road with no delay. I'm so impressed!
Marcus and his assistant was very helpful to us when we picked up our rented vehicle and provided a wonderful service .
Great experience with Jason and his team. They went out of their way to get the vehicle we needed. Also impressed with how new, clean and loaded with features the rental vehicles are. Good job!
Jason Shawley, branch manager at the Kent Island, MD location, was excellent to deal with! He made the entire process of renting a car so easy, which was sorely needed, as we were rather stressed out after my son's transmission failed while visiting us from North Carolina.
