After having the vehicle for 2 days a local employee called me & told me to return the vehicle because it needed an oil change. It was the day after Christmas and I had just been in an accident in my own vehicle, it was a stressful time. I told the employee the oil life was at 95% & it didn't need an oil change. She said they don't go by that. One customer service agent from another country said i would be charged for not taking it back for the oil change.
