So, I’m not sure if I should be embarrassed or offended. You be the judge. I go to pick up my scheduled rental car at the local enterprise location. The manager/only employee was with another customer when I walked in. I walked in because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to pick me up from the body shop. We had a great experience with Charity at the McAlester Enterprise location. She was so pleasant and thorough with our check-in and check-out process. I also witnessed her handle some other customers who were obviously having bad days, as they needed to rent vehicles while theirs were in the shop. Charity was sympathetic and helpful as well as patient at times when they were not as kind as they could have been.
