I originally booked a reservation at the airport location while experiencing car trouble. Unfortunately, the policies there were very different, and I received rude and unprofessional service. I called to see if I could modify my reservation to a closer location, and since it was late in the evening, I went to the Brooks Road location instead. The difference was like night and day! We were trying rent a suv for our weekend trip. All the ones due back got extended. We were able to get a 15 passenger Ford Transit that worked out perfectly for our needs. Smooth ride, friendly reps, clean facility.
