This branch manager (Moriah) just called me 12 hours before my reservation to tell me that they couldn’t fulfill the reservation and attempted to stick me in an economy car. She proceeded to argue with the customer and cancel my reservation. Offered zero options to find me another reservation, just cancelled it. 0 / 5. ….I see the corporate customer service response below, which I did, except by phone.
