QUICK AND EASY .ASSIGNED A NICE VEHICLE
I rented a car here because I had a mechanical issue with my car. I paid out of pocket, as rental coverage doesn’t cover mechanical issues. The staff were nice, however I paid $500 (tax included) to rent a car for a week, 7 days… which is $71.43/ a day for the car. I only ended up needing it 3 days, thankfully, because my car was able to be fixed fairly quickly. They ended up charging me more money, $99.20/ a day for three days because I only needed the car for three days and returned it early…. What a great business protoco... read more
My friend scheduled a rental for us to go on vacation months ago. 3 days before they called and told her they wouldn't have a vehicle for her then called her morning of, said they had one then called 2 hours later and said they didn't. She ended up driving to state college for one. After vacation she paid extra to leave it at the DuBois location due to plans immediately after drop off, they made her feel terrible about it.
