Terrible staff. Dana and supervisor said they would look into my situation but never called back. But charged my card without permission. Bad customer service.

My experience with Enterprise was extremely positive. They came to pick me up at Fineline Auto Repair within 5 minutes of dropping off my car for repair. When I returned the rental, I was taken back to Fineline within a 10 minute window.
