Best Enterprise experience I have had in my 8 loyal years from renting from them. I developed a good relationship with Tyler and Matthew from this office. I rented from them 3x in 3 weeks and they always try to find me the specific car I request since I have surfboards and they won't fit in most cars. The last time I rented, Matt tried to find me a Malibu most of the day and could not find me one. We honestly had the smoothest and most pleasant experience start to finish renting with Enterprise. I downloaded, shopped and booked on the app SUPER EASY. At pickup in draper the clerk was efficient and helpful. We even called with a few questions about the car while on our trip and our questions were quickly and kindly answered. Drop off was even easier. Will definitely use them again.

The Audi A 5 is not a good ride for me. Extremely uncomfortable. Folks at thw Draper location are wonderful peeps. Matthew was a true pleasure to work with. My dissatisfaction was with the vehicle, not the folks
