Price price price and the newness of the car
Our experience at Enterprise was great! We originally had a reservation at budget but they were not very nice and also did not let us know about things a head of time so we switched to enterprise on Dixie hwy and Rico helped us tremendously! He was so knowledgeable and very efficient! He got us the vehicle we needed and then some! I was so happy and my day turned around! Thank you Rico! 10/10!!
The manager lied to me trying to rent out a compact SUV when my reservation was for a standard SUV. Do not book from this location.
My favorite location. Customer service is top tier. Everyone is pleasant, never rude. They always communicate if there are any issues. Thank you all.
