I appreciated the professionalism of management and the resulting "culture" that rang through in the front end service. From Norm, in the background "greasing the wheels" of the whole operation, to the overworked front end staff, and all the way to leadership setting the tone and leading by example by performing tasks right along side in the "trenches" so to speak.
