Very good customer service given that I needed a rental for 2 weeks and needed to swap out cars due to an issue, though minor, required a swap. Hassle-free exchange. Thoroughly enjoyed driving the 2nd vehicle, Hyundai Elantra. Thanks, Bryant and his mates at Santa Barbara, Chapala St. branch.
Did not get the car I ordered.
Reserved a standard sized vehicle over a month in advance for a planned trip. Day before reservation, I do the online early check-in and return a missed call, but was told everything was good. When I arrive, I see they have several vehicles on the lot and they give the gentleman in front of me a Malibu and offer to give him a pickup that was also available. When it's my turn, I'm told the only vehicle have the available is a Mitsubishi Mirage which is the size of a clown car. I at least asked if I'd get refunded the differen... read more
