Poor Customer Service – Unfair Charge and Rude Manager. The employee we made the agreement with was friendly, but when we returned the car, we were charged for an extra day. When we asked for an explanation, the staff couldn’t give a clear reason and called the manager. The manager was passive-aggressive from the start, saying, "I don’t care, I have other customers." I’m sharing as a warning because I had planned for months to attend a concert in Santa Barbara and be able to all drive together in a 14 person van from Santa Ynez. Drove from Santa Ynez today to pick up the van that had been reserved, and confirmed and alas no van. Even drove to the SB airport to try to get one there because this location wouldn’t help us.
