Do not go to this location: their excuse for poor service is "low staff". I waited for 45 minutes to get my rental, and ended up leaving since there was no end in view for my waiting. If you cannot honor a reservation because you do not have enough staff, just do not take it. Do not push the burden on your customers. After difficulty at another rental place, we went to Enterprise. We needed a car in a hurry and Chris got us set up very fast. I strongly recommend Enterprise for all car rental needs
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I made a confirmed reservation, provided my credit card information, and arrived on time — only to be told there were no cars available. When I explained that I needed to drive to New York City that night for an important meeting and could lose my job if I didn’t make it, the representative, Chris, dismissively said the best she could do was call me an Uber home.
