We rented a mini van for traveling with our grandchildren to the Black Hills of South Dakota. We were able to reserve online, pick the car up close to home and had a perfect customer service experience as well as a trip. Look forward to future rentals!

Had an accident and needed to get a rental car. The employees at this location were great. They had good attitudes and made sure to help all the customers that came in. We had a miss understanding after returning the car about some funds I thought would be refunded after the car was returned. The called to conclude the rental after I returned it. I've been using Enterprise Car Rentals for ages. They are the only place I'll use for a rental. I've always had great customer service from anyone I've talked to. They explain everything to you and answer any other questions you may have. The vehicles are well cared for so you don't have any issues when renting. They make it super easy to modify your rentals at any time in the process.
