Jared the manager is rude and refuses to do his job. He should not have a job. When you have a reference number from corporate he refuses to call because he doesn't want to do his job.
They said I brought the car back and it was filled with dog hair and smell like puke .I dont even own a dog and certainly wouldn't puke in a car. The woman who called was rude and insulting. Will never deal with them again. One week later called everyone still no answer not even a phone call. Don't ever drop off a car here without them checking it !!!!!
With all the chaos I created with 1st making a reservation, then canceling it, then needed a car the next day. Their staff Jared. Mercedes and Ghee could not have been more professional and accommodating to me. I encourage anyone looking a professional rental car company, Enterprise Belmar NJ should be your 1st call.
